This Privacy Policy explains how Jemné zásahy s.r.o. (hereinafter "Controller", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to the website www.klubfamu.cz (hereinafter "Website") in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

Retention period: For the duration of handling the request, then for 1 year for any follow-up inquiries.

When you visit the Website, the following data is collected automatically:

The Website is not intended for persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 16, we will take steps to delete it.
